The only other issue for simultaneous PC release would be the pirating problem on the PC. What I would do though is make bad ass DLC like Gay tony and the LatD, but don't do any drastic changes to the game code so that a customer's mods wouldn't be affected. Although DLC does come out later on most of the timesome mods are truly awesome and could dissuade some folks from picking it up. I agreed with you, but I have to disagree on the DLC though. I already have the Avengers Mod but this one has a better Hulk! They still get the same amount of money lol.

If you don't have the ScriptHook installed you need to run OpenIV again, repeat the steps, but in the last step choose one of the two options to install the scripthook files, choose based on your game patch version.
